Episode 250: The Critical Changes Creating Our Industry's Bold Future

You are tuned into the 250th episode of the skucast!

We just want to take a moment and pause to say thank you! We have received so many kind notes, emails, social mentions, and suggestions from you, the community, and we are grateful to you for your support and encouragement. What we are most grateful for is how many of you show up to our little podcast home here, whether as listeners or interviewees, willing and open to share your story, your struggles, and your lessons as you’ve grown. And for sharing these episodes with your colleagues.

You inspire us

As we celebrate our 250th, I hope you’ll permit us a moment to say thank you to our team because the skucast is not a solo endeavor but a true team effort: It’s edited by Ksenia Denisova who labors patiently each week to edit, post, and share our skucast and now has created our YouTube channel for the skucast as well plus, our social posts that you see on IG, Twitter and elsewhere. Kate Masewich and Mark Graham serve as creative directors and advisors, with Kate overseeing our design and editing team including our extremely talented designer Lucia Kim and Mark always sends me brilliant skucast ideas and guest suggestions and he is the guiding spirit behind our endeavor here.

With over 50,000 listens this year alone we are humbled by the response and we say this with no hyperbole, we sit in the best seat in our industry because we get not only learn from each of you but share in a small part of passing your inspiration, encouragement, and stories to others.

And we can think of no better way to celebrate our 250th episode than by inviting commonsku cofounders Mark Graham and Catherine Graham on today’s episode to talk about the major trends driving and shaping the future of our industry and the sometimes small-scale and quiet changes happening beneath the surface that will become seismic disruptors in the immediate future and over the next 2-3 years.

Join us as we celebrate a small moment in the skucast but more importantly: look forward to bigger changes ahead!
