Can team members be on different packages?

No, because our packages are defined by the features available, all commonsku users within your company must be on the same package.

Can I change between packages?

During your contract period, you can upgrade to a higher-tier package (for example, from Essentials to Advanced). However, you cannot downgrade tiers during the contract period. This may only be done when your contract is up for renewal.

Can I add or remove users during my contract period?

You can add users throughout the year. However, you can only downgrade the number of users once your contract is renewed.
