Pricing & Packaging FAQs

What are my payment options?+

You can choose to pay for your licenses monthly or annually. If you make the one-time annual payment, you will receive a 10% discount.

Are discounts available for annual pre-payments?+

Yes! If you pay for the year upfront, you will receive a 10% discount. Shops fees are excluded from this discount.

Can team members be on different packages?+

No, because our packages are defined by the features available, all commonsku users within your company must be on the same package.

Can I change between packages?+

During your contract period, you can upgrade to a higher-tier package (for example, from Essentials to Advanced). However, you cannot downgrade tiers during the contract period. This may only be done when your contract is up for renewal.

Can I add or remove users during my contract period?+

You can add users throughout the year. However, you can only downgrade the number of users you have once your contract is renewed.
