What's Next in commonsku: Every Feature Coming in the First Half of 2026
Feature that are live, in beta, and on deck for the first half of 2026.
In 2025, commonsku customers created over 12,000 shops, built more than 320,000 presentations, and submitted over a million purchase orders through the platform. The team shipped 42 features along the way.
One of those was Approve & Pay, which lets you send a deposit request directly from a sales order, route it through an approval flow, and collect payment in one step. If you haven't tried it yet, here's Aaron Kucherawy walking through it:
That's one example of what shipped last year. Here's what's actively being built and shipped in the first half of 2026.

Connected Supplier Auto Billing
What it does: Automatically matches supplier invoices against your purchase orders and flags discrepancies for review.
Connected+ suppliers have been sending commonsku digital versions of your bills behind the scenes. The system compares those bills against your purchase orders automatically. When there's a perfect match on pricing, quantities, and decoration, you'll see a notification and a single "confirm bill" button.
For bills that don't perfectly match, a review mode shows you exactly where the discrepancy is. Was it shipping? A decoration charge? Each mismatch also feeds back to commonsku's work with that supplier to improve their data quality over time. The match rate keeps getting better the more both sides use it.
Here's Charlie Moscoe explaining how it works:
This feature is in active development and shipping in the first half of 2026.
Potential Repeat Order Report
What it does: Surfaces clients who may be ready to reorder based on your order history. Live now for Advanced and Enterprise customers.
This one is live now.
The Potential Repeat Order report takes your order history and surfaces clients who may be ready to reorder. You can filter by vertical, season, rep, or client, then work through each opportunity one by one. It's a practical way to build pipeline from clients who've already bought from you.
If you haven't tried it yet, open your reports and run a filter for this time last year. See what comes back.
skubot Opportunity Bot
What it does: Analyzes your commonsku data to surface cross-sell and upsell patterns across clients, orders, and verticals.
The Opportunity Bot is an AI tool connected to your commonsku data. It analyzes your existing clients, orders, contacts, and reports to surface cross-sell and upsell patterns you might not spot manually.
In testing, Charlie's team has been using it to identify which product categories are selling into which verticals, and which ones aren't. That becomes your cross-sell list, generated from your own data.
This is fully SOC 2 compliant. Your data stays within commonsku. No external AI systems get access to your client information.
The Opportunity Bot enters beta in Q2, starting with Advanced and Enterprise customers. Beta invitations will be shared through the skummunity Forum. If you don't have access to the Forum yet, check with your admin that the "Access to skummunity Forum" permission is enabled for your account.
AI Product Search
What it does: Uses your project details, client history, and sales data to recommend products that match what you're working on. Live now on all plans.
commonsku's AI-powered product recommendations use your project details, client history, and sales data to suggest products that match what you're working on. Here's a look at how it works in practice:
This is live now and available across all plans.
ShipStation Export
What it does: Pushes shop fulfillment orders directly into ShipStation for pick, pack, and ship.
If you're fulfilling standing inventory orders through your sales orders and shops, you'll soon be able to push those orders directly into ShipStation for pick, pack, and ship.
This integration is already live for Advanced and Enterprise accounts on commonsku.
Client Catalogs
What it does: Track standing inventory SKUs for a client, manage reorders, and refresh inventory over time.
Client Catalogs go beyond shops. You'll be able to track specific standing inventory SKUs for a client, manage reorders, and refresh inventory over time. If program work with standing inventory is part of your business, this is designed for that use case.
Coming in Q2.
Print-on-Demand With STAHLS' Fulfill Engine
What it does: Connect a commonsku shop to STAHLS' Fulfill Engine for automated print-on-demand fulfillment, from one shirt to a thousand.
commonsku is launching a Print-On-Demand integration in the first half of 2026 with STAHLS' Fulfill Engine as the launch partner.
The first version is a shops implementation. You spin up a commonsku shop, connect it to Fulfill Engine's POD infrastructure, and start taking orders. One shirt or a thousand. The model STAHLS' has built is highly automated, technology-powered fulfillment that works across volume levels.
As Charlie put it: "In theory, we should be able to just configure the products upfront and then stand there and collect the money over time as the orders roll in."
Everything flows back into commonsku. Visibility, reporting, commissions, client management. Your reps see the full picture of their business across traditional and on-demand orders in one place.
Expect a dedicated webinar with the STAHLS' team as the launch gets closer.
skubot AI Mockup Generator
What it does: Generates realistic product mockups based on your decoration method, location, and client art. In beta now.
The AI Mockup Generator is in beta now. It reads how you've configured your products on a presentation or shop (decoration method, location, client art) and generates realistic mockups based on that data.
Set something to embroidery? The mockup looks like embroidery. It also pulls in Connected+ PromoStandards data from your suppliers, so supplier-specific decoration details are factored in. Bulk mode and lifestyle images are coming soon.
Here's Charlie demoing the mockup generator:
One note from Charlie: double-check the mockups before you send them to clients. There's a thumbs up/thumbs down feedback system built in so you can help improve the tool as you use it.
AI Roadmap Beyond Mockups
What's ahead: Description rewriting, art configuration assistance, and a longer-term vision where skubot handles the setup so you can focus on making it yours.
The AI team is also working on a description rewriter that's aware of your client and adjusts tone to match, an art configuration assistant, and a longer-term vision where skubot handles product selection, configuration, pricing, and mockup generation to get a presentation or shop most of the way built. You go in, make it yours, and send it.
These are further out on the roadmap and don't have firm dates yet. For a deeper look at commonsku's AI direction, read the full AI innovation update.
Integration Tiers
As your business gets more complex, commonsku's integration layer expands to match.
commonsku Integration Tiers
Each tier builds on the one before it
| Essentials | Product catalog integrations (ESP, SAGE, DistributorCentral) and accounting (QuickBooks, Xero). |
| Advanced | Everything in Essentials, plus bi-directional HubSpot sync, Avalara tax automation, Zapier workflow automation, Shopify for shops, and ShipStation (COMING SOON). |
| Enterprise | Everything in Advanced, plus expanded APIs and webhooks, NetSuite integration, BI-ready data export, and a full sales order API (COMING 2026). |
Not sure which integrations are on your plan? Explore the full platform to see your options.
The integrations team is also building full API capabilities to create entire sales orders programmatically. If you need to push orders from an external e-commerce system into commonsku, that pathway is coming this year.
What to Do Next
Submit a feature idea. Go to Resources → University → Submit an Idea inside commonsku. Those requests go into a master tracker, get reviewed by the product team, and feed directly into prioritization. Many of the 42 features shipped in 2025 started as customer ideas.
Get early access to betas. The skummunity Forum is where beta invitations for the Opportunity Bot, AI Mockup Generator, and future tools will be posted first.
Talk to your CSM. If anything in this post is relevant to your business, your CSM can tell you the current status, timeline, and how to get set up. You can also reach out at support@commonsku.com.
