Ritika Chhikara

Ritz is Content Marketing Manager at commonsku. She co-produces the skucast podcast, edits The Backpack and The AI Promo Brief newsletters, and leads the blog and content strategy behind one of the largest content libraries in the promo industry. If you've read it, listened to it, or subscribed to it at commonsku, there's a good chance she had a hand in getting it out the door. Before commonsku, Ritz spent years in B2B startups where content teams didn't exist yet, so she built them. No templates, no playbook, no precedent. She learned early that AI could turn a small team into a disproportionately productive one, and she's been building that way ever since. She holds an MBA from Ivey Business School and an engineering degree, which is a combination that doesn't show up in content marketing very often but explains a lot about how she works: systematic about process, particular about craft, and always looking for the faster, smarter way to do both. Ritz has fostered rescue dogs, makes a better Negroni than most bars, and is based in Toronto.
