Your (ePO) order is being worked on above the other manual orders that have to have some level of human intervention. So there's timeliness and stock allocation. Why do we have so much back and forth [between suppliers and distributors]? Because we're, if we process 5, 000 orders today, that’s 5, 000 orders that are fully customized. The ePO essentially skips the majority of that [manual QC and processing) and goes right into production … you're taking one day, maybe one-and-a-half to two days off of your [work]flow. And for us, that's just incredible.”
