Erin Burley is a Customer Success Manager with commonsku, a cloud-based CRM and order management platform designed for the promotional products industry. As a member of the Customer Success team, she specializes in onboarding new distributorships, building and maintaining educational resources for the platform, and offering ongoing support to commonsku’s many users. Erin takes pride in the close relationships she has cultivated within the commonsku community and prioritizes finding new ways to help users streamline and elevate their business.

Bobby Lehew has spent 25 years in the promotional products industry — 15 as CEO of Robyn, a branded products fulfillment company, and the last decade at commonsku, where he built the content engine that established the company as the most trusted voice in promo. Today, as Chief AI Officer, Bobby applies that same strategic lens to a new challenge: helping distributors navigate AI. He owns the intelligence loop between commonsku's customers, product team, and the AI landscape, leads AI adoption programs for commonsku customers, and authors the AI Promo Brief, the industry's leading AI newsletter. A multiple PPAI Gold Pyramid Award winner and a three-time Inc. 5000 honoree, Bobby is the host of the skucast and speaks nationally on AI adoption, B2B strategy, and the future of the modern distributor.

Charlie Moscoe is the VP of Product management at commonsku, bringing over 10 years of business-to-business Product Management experience to the team. With a background in design and computer science, he has worked across a wide variety of industries, with a focus on marketplace applications. Charlie combines user-centric design processes with data-driven experimentation to help commonsku's customers grow and thrive. Outside of work, Charlie loves to get out in nature, hiking in the forest or out in the back country on his snowboard.

David Shultz is the Chief Partnerships Officer at commonsku, where he leads the company’s overall partner strategy - spanning suppliers, technology, logistics, services, and innovation partners - to foster a more efficient, collaborative, and connected experience across the commonsku community. He has been instrumental in growing commonsku’s network into one of the industry’s most dynamic ecosystems - where relationships, technology, and creativity converge to help businesses work smarter and grow faster.Within the industry, David serves on the PromoCares Board, championing social and environmental responsibility across the promotional products space. He has also held positions on the Promotional Products Association of the Midwest (PPAM) Board of Directors and served on multiple committees under Promotional Products Association International (PPAI) and PromoStandards.Outside the industry, David channels his energy into the Big Slick Celebrity Weekend - an annual Kansas City fundraiser that has raised nearly $30 million to support pediatric cancer research and care at Children’s Mercy Hospital.
