If your team needs to speak with a human, they can reach out to our Success Team through our in-app live chat. We operate Monday through Friday from 9 am - 8 pm EST. Outside of these hours, we have a support email your team can use for emergencies.

Ideally, you should start fresh with a new system. We recommend you take the time to clean up your client data so that only the most accurate and updated information is imported into commonsku.

Commonsku integrates with Hubspot and MailChimp. You can sync your contacts from commonsku to HubSpot/Mailchimp to send newsletters or enter them into workflows, create campaigns, landing pages, and manage your social media. You will be able to view your campaign activity inside commonsku on the client page.

You’ll need some easily accessible account details from the integration provider (e.g. Quickbooks, Stripe, Avalara), which can be simply added to your settings in commonsku.
We work with a key point of contact on your team to facilitate all setup and configuration of your commonsku account, with the additional option of a one-time import of your client database via a template we provide you.
A training session for each of the unique roles in your organization will then be scheduled at a time convenient for your team. A typical training schedule will cover sales, production, accounting, and Q&A session. Each training is a maximum of 1 hour.
We have a very detailed library of helpful articles and videos to support you with any questions you may have. Our prompt support team is available during business hours by email or phone.
We offer a seamless export of your invoices from commonsku to QuickBooks Online and Xero. We also offer an integration with QuickBooks Desktop via a translation software called Transaction Pro. There are additional export options available such as csv, XML, web hooks or via API to connect with other accounting or ERP platforms.
