Seth Godin, along with 300 friends, just released an incredible book, “The Carbon Almanac”. It’s a source of reliable and easily understandable info on climate change, features essays, short articles, beautiful illustrations, a glossary, and more.
It’s really an astounding project. 300 volunteers, from 41 different countries, put together this 97000 words book, with over 1000 sources, and completed it in 120 days. And for our industry, this is just the kind of resource we needed. One place to make sense of what can sometimes be a really murky topic.
It’s a perfect resource to share with your team and to create a discussion around one of the most important topics today: preserving our planet.
In this special episode of skucast, Seth Godin joins us to talk about the opposing views in which people view the challenges of climate change:
Wizards who believe that only technological innovation and human progress offer hope for the planet.
Prophets who seek dramatic reductions in the ways that humans interact with the natural world.
And ostriches who say there is a possibility that the climate isn’t actually changing.
As an added bonus to skucast listeners, we're giving away 50 copies of this powerful tool created to help us change, right here and right now. Click here to enter your details for your chance to win. Winners will be notified by email on Friday, August 5, 2022.
